Publication Fee

There is no submission fee. As costs are involved in every stage of the publication process, from administrating peer review to copy-editing and hosting the final article on dedicated servers, authors are asked to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) in order for their article to be published open access

We charge nominal Article Processing Fee (APC) only after acceptance of article. The following are the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for  the Journal, Scientific Transactions in Environment and Technovation, for accepted manuscripts. Fee varies according to the complexity of the manuscript. Taxes may apply on qualifying transactions.

NOTE: Fee may vary for some manuscript for extra editing work. Corresponding author will be informed the appropriate publication fee through acceptance mail. Fee decided by the Editor will be considered the final publication fee.

Refund policy: Generally the APC once paid will not be refunded. However, Before publication, If the Editor reasonably considers that the article should not be published, (on the advice of our legal counsel), we may decline to publish the article and would refund the APC. A small amount of fee will be retained to cover transaction and processing costs. After publication: If the Editor considers that the article should be retracted or removed from our website, for example because of a breach in author warranties, and does so, we would be under no obligation to refund the APC.
