Framework for Big Data applications on Server Schema

Abstract :

Fifteen species of bacteria and fungi were isolated from oil sludge contaminated soil. Among them, the biodegradation assay with hydrocarbon was tested with Pseudomonas aeruginosa cereus and Aspergillus niger  and Penicillium granulatum. The parameters such as biomass, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), oil and grease content were analyzed. Among the isolates tested Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed maximum degradation efficiency followed by Penicillium granulatum rather than other two isolates on the basis of COD and grease content in the biodegraded sample.
