Analysis of Big Date using Hadoop ecosystem components

Abstract :

Sclerotium rolfsii, a serious soil borne plant pathogen with broad host range, and is beyond the scope of chemical control, was found to be suppressed when its precolonized substrates were buried in the soil amended with the antagonistic fungi, Trichoderma harzianum and T. viride. The antagonistic effects of Trichoderma were influenced by the levels of moisture, pH and temperature in the soil.
