Meliola thiyagesanii sp. nov. from Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu
Abstract :
Protocol for micropropagation of Pedalium murex and Physalis angulata, have been developed by using MS medium
supplemented with different concentrations of BAP and Kn. Among the two cytokinins used in the media, better results
were obtained with MS medium supplement with BAP at 1.0mg/L.
