Abstract

The Mangroves are fragile ecosystems that provide with numerous ecosystem services, especially through their rich biodiversity of microbes, plants and animals. Humans benefit a lot from these ecosysytems. But, human interventions cause serious damages to the mangrove habitats including pollutions, especially microbial pollution with pathogenic bacteria
