Abstract

Role of seed borne fungi on the quantitative and qualitative changes in the oil of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) was analysed. The seeds were infested with different species of Aspergillus namely A.flavus, A. terreus and A.fumigatus. The seeds were kept in different containers such as earthen pot, polythene bags and metallic bin
